BPN IUID sucks!

Just got locked out of the IUID site at https://www.bpn.gov/iuid/ControlledLogin.aspx for the ten thousanth time. It happened when I was changing my password. The requirements are:

•Passwords must be between 14 and 25 characters long.
•Passwords must contain at least two of the following: upper case alphabetic, lower case alphabetic, numeric, and one special character (!@#$%^*()).
•Passwords must not be the same as a password used in the last 24 passwords.
•Passwords must not be the same as your user ID or your user ID reversed.

And here is the kicker:

Choose a password you will remember!

Really? I would like to meet the idiot who came up with those requirements and had the stupidity to expect ANYONE to remember that crap. Especially since you have to change the damn thing every two weeks. At least it feels that way. Do you feel more secure?

And the morons NEVER call you back when you ask for a reset. Look, if you don't want to call back, take the phone number off your website. Or hang yourself. Preferably both.
