Missed the journal entry yesterday. Had my Tuesday Scotch, two ounces last night. A once a week thing now. Two ounces of scotch at this point makes me roll around on the bed all night with light indigestion unless I take some tums and drink a soda, which I forgot! Ahh….old age. Is the wisdom worth the infirmity? Sometimes I guess.
Still no resignations or firings for the Kabul debacle, except for one Marine LtCol who was fired for questioning/critiquing the disaster. He’ll be a millionaire I’m sure. E at work asked me my thoughts on him.
My thoughts are it’s against the UCMJ, and he should of:
1) Resigned in protest
2) Then spoke his mind
In that order, thus not violating the UCMJ. Or mostly not, there’s some horseshit in there that says they can go after retired people like yours truly for critiquing the administration, but I’d like to see them try.
To add to that, Chase bank got woke and tried to cancel Gen Flynn’s credit cards for his stance on the Dem's criminality, and immediately grew a brain and backtracked.

Still, if we had any generals worth their salt, starting with those spineless fucks on the Joint Chiefs, they would’ve resigned en mass in protest of how it was handled.
Not a single one of those pieces of crap resigned. They don’t have a shred of honor among the entire group. I hope history judges them accordingly. But since woke professors are writing a lot of the books, who knows?
Remember how vocal those assholes were after the election, signing letters saying the rigged election wasn’t rigged and so forth. What a bunch of jackasses. And they are united, in their jackassery. Haven’t seen too many letters like that lately from those clowns, have we? Pretty much crickets chirping over there at the Pentagon.
This is the real violation to the Constitution, their silence when they administration commits these disasters, and their vocal response in support of the criminals when the election funny-business was committed. I’m not saying they should have immediately sized the White House, but, under the rule of law, if there’s a question, perhaps, just perhaps they could have:
1) Demanded a fair and impartial investigation since there was the appearance of malfeasance
and
2) If there was malfeasance, insisted on the rule of law settling the matter
And that’s another reason how we got here. God help the United States.
Remember when the Dems were demanding allegiance, not to the Constitution, but to them back in January?
The Dems were acting like criminals, who had stolen an election. Let’s put aside whether they did or not, they have been acting the whole time like they have something to hide, and not very subtly.
