...and this time the elite media was right and didn't lie about the polls. Obama won, although since the media has lied about everything else about the Obama administration (or omitted things) can you blame us?
I wonder why we call them the elite media. The title 'elite' infers someone who is above it all, knows better. Does the media in the United States know better than the rest of us? Maybe from a mocking perspective they are elite. Their embrace of Socialism twenty-two years after the fall of the Soviet Union, and with the decrepit decay of Cuba, North Korea, Venezuela...infers a group of people who are incapable of learning from history's mistakes. These so called elites advocate, without a look back...a system of government that has never managed to survive in human history.
Einstein once said, that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. And here is the media, and a majority of voters in the United States practicing Socialism and insanity. So maybe we should call them the Insane Media.
The U.S. will survive this little experiment in Socialism. We survived two World Wars, a Civil War, the original Revolution, a Great Depression, and we'll survive the Obama Administration and the Insane Media. We shouldn't have to 'survive' a government, but we will. And I have no doubt that the crazy people that voted for it will be the ones that are hit the hardest. The thing about insane people is that they lack the skills to survive, and depend on a compassionate society to take care of them. If the U.S. Government falls, compassion will be the first casualty.

Biased Journalism puts heat on Arizona Republic
Today, the biased article in the Arizona Republic (also known as the DNC's talking points) is:
Rape Remark Puts Heat on GOP Hopefuls
Where is the article on the Libyan disaster putting heat on Obama and Hillary?
Where is the article on Fast and Furious putting heat on them.
Where are the articles on Solyndra and the billions of dollars lost on crappy stimulus funding by this blight on the United States called the Obama Administration?
Where are they Arizona Republic?
When you go down, it'll be your own fault. You did it to yourself.

I'm only putting this link on this blog because the incompetent boobs over at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality have made their crappy eyesore of a website almost impossible to find. So here's the current location:

I'm sure they will move it as soon as word gets out that someone knows where the website is, so let me know when the link goes dead.

Michele Obama Picture after the debate: WTF Just Happened?
Firing Big Bird
So there's a big story about firing Big Bird that's a debate point, mostly centered around PBS funding. We shouldn't fire Big Bird, but lets face it. There's nothing more depressing than a 9 foot, 50 year old bird living in his mom's basement, on the dole. It's time for Big Bird to move out of mom's basement and get a job like every other schlep has to in this country.
So don't fire Big Bird, but for God's sake, get him out of mom's basement. It's time for Big Bird to stand on his own two talons.

The World from Berlin...Obama's Middle East Is in Ruins
Some quotes from Der Spiegel:
The left-leaning Berliner Zeitung writes:
"The attacks on US embassies and consulates in the Arab world can not be justified in any way. If it turns out that al-Qaida is behind the attacks, as some US officials suspect, then they are acts of terrorism committed under the guise of religion. If they turn out to be uncoordinated actions by angry believers, then they are an expression of a frightening ignorance. A crazy individual US citizen has uploaded a movie onto the Internet which denigrates the Prophet Muhammad. The US government can not be held responsible for that. But that clearly does not help US President Barack Obama very much. He has to bear the political consequences of the recent events by himself."
"Four years ago, Obama pledged to seek reconciliation with the Muslim world. Now, it is doubtful whether he has succeeded. The US and its European allies now have to ask themselves how much support they still enjoy in the countries of the Arab Spring."
The center-left daily Süddeutsche Zeitung writes:
"Since the Arab Spring broke out, there have been many difficult moments in the relationships between America and the Arab nations. But few have been as delicate as this one. America hardly has influence in the region any longer, and now sees itself confronted with anti-American sentiment in places where it no longer controls the dictators. Meanwhile, forces that simultaneously exploit and spurn America are gaining influence."
"Middle Eastern policy is a thankless task for America. But for precisely this reason -- and despite the election campaign -- it would be unwise to pour oil into the fire. The fact that President Obama has deployed destroyers and marines to Libya, and may soon send out drones, isn't a good sign, though. … Should Washington fall into defense mode, as it has in Yemen against al-Qaida, where the anti-terrorism fight is the top priority and there have been civilian victims, then the tables could turn quickly. People in the Arab world want to be more than just a security risk."
The conservative Die Welt writes:
"US President Barack Obama's Middle East policy is in ruins. Like no president before him, he tried to win over the Arab world. After some initial hesitation, he came out clearly on the side of the democratic revolutions. … In this context, he must accept the fact that he has snubbed old close allies such as Israel, Saudi Arabia and the Egyptian military. And now parts of the freed societies are turning against the country which helped bring them into being. Anti-Americanism in the Arab world has even increased to levels greater than in the Bush era. It's a bitter outcome for Obama."
"Obama was naive to believe that one only needed to adopt a new tone and show more respect in order to dispel deep-seated reservations about the free world. In practice, the policies of the Obama administration in the region were not as naive as they may have seemed at times, and the Americans have always been much more involved in the Middle East than the passive Europeans. But Washington has provided the image of a distracted superpower in the process of decline to the societies there. This image of weakness is being exploited by Salafists and al-Qaida, who are active in North Africa from Somalia to Mali."
"One thing is clear: If jihadists believe they can attack American installations and kill an ambassador on the anniversary of Sept. 11, then America's deterrent power has declined considerably. For a superpower, it is not enough just to want to be loved. You have to scare the bad guys to keep them in check."
The mass-circulation daily Bild writes:
"Naked hatred is raging against a country that many people in the world regard as a symbol of freedom. When US flags burn, embassies are vandalized, and diplomats are murdered, it is an attack on the West, and not just America!"
"We rooted for the demonstrators at Tahrir Square, and many of us have longed to see democracy in the Arab nations. But democracy includes honoring the lives of fellow humans."
"The turmoil in Libya, Cairo, and Bangladesh is a return to the Middle Ages, when people were beheaded and stoned to death. No pathetic anti-Islam film can justify hate-filled murder."
"The West must be tough on terrorism. And it must show that it can differentiate between rabble-rousers and peaceful Muslims."
http://www.spiegel.de/international/world/german-press-review-on-middle-east-violence-against-us-embassies-a-855835.html
Obama's unbelievable bad foreign policy and poor communication has resulted in the death of a U.S. Ambassador and two of my brother Marines as they tried to defend the Ambassador. Hopefully they were armed, but I doubt it.
The center-right Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung writes:
"The murder of an ambassador in Libya and the attacks on US diplomatic missions in other Arab countries is sure to strengthen the skepticism that more than a few Americans feel toward Muslims and the political changes brought by the Arab revolutions. The deeply held American belief that all you have to do is liberate people from serfdom and dictatorship, and then democracy and a market economy will develop more or less on their own, burned to ash in the trial by fire of Iraq. A fact that academics and historically informed diplomats have always known can now be observed throughout the Arab world: Deeply ingrained cultural attitudes do not change simply because one political regime replaces another. In the long process of building a democratic society, it is not possible to simply skip stages."
The Dems release a Video...the Government is the only thing we all belong to...
And I say to them:
We don't belong to the Government. The Government belongs to us. The Constitution doesn't start out "We the Government." It starts out with "We the people." Maybe if the Dems stopped for a moment and thought about their entire paradigm of "it takes a village" and other assorted socialist crap, maybe they could understand why government control of an economy has never worked as an model in the history of civilization and economics. In fact government control of anything bigger than a hot dog stand has been fraught with problems.

General John Kelly USMC American Legion Speech
General Kelly, who lost a son fighting in Afghanistan gives the speech the left does not want you to hear about American exceptionalism and how liberty in this country is "Cherished by many...but sustained by few." I don't think he was right about the 'Cherished by many remark' as too many Americans take our freedom for granted. In any case, it is a very moving speech:

New York Magazine Printing Soft Core Fake Lesbian Diaries
New York Magazine has an interesting article called: "The Lesbian Law-Firm Intern Hooking Up With Her Co-Worker."
http://nymag.com/daily/intel/2012/07/lesbian-law-firm-intern-sex-diary.html
New lows are stooped to here, as NY Mag goes all Penthouse Letters on us, with a legal twist. Just a couple of issues with this:
1) It's pure fiction
2) It's porn
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against free speech, I just think it's sad that the editor of NY Mag thinks that this is somehow real. Label it fiction for god's sake. Or get your website an adult content tag. Or how about both? New York magazine says it covers "...restaurants, nightlife, shopping, fashion, and culture." And fake lesbian porn now. Don't forget to put that on your byline NY Mag. "Purveyors of fake, lesbian porn!"

According to this article in the LA Times, an fire on a nuclear sub was caused by a contractor because he wanted to leave work and was having problems with his girlfriend:

Also Casey was on "...Celexa for anxiety and depression, Klonopin for anxiety, Ambien for sleep and an allergy drug."
What I want to know is what asshat in Navy Contracting let this idiot within a mile of one of our Nuclear Submarines? This guy shouldn't have been cleaning toilets in a Navy base, much less doing work on a Nuclear Submarine.
Good job Navy.

Presidential Election Prediction...2012
All the polls have Romney and Obama down as neck and neck, tied, or with Obama leading. They will be like this until the election, with Obama leading or slightly leading.
Then, Romney will win by at least ten points.
All the news agencies and pollsters will come out with many reasons for this; some event right before the election influenced the election. People changed their minds at the last minute. Maybe a stupid remark that Obama made right before...everything but what really happened.
The reality is, is that Romney would be leading the polls by at least 10 points if they were being taken correctly. The polling system is administered and reported by a group of academics and reporters that consist of Democrats. By a ratio of 95% to 5% or 19:1.
They aren't getting it wrong. They are making it wrong. Just like they report on everything else.
Here is the puffington host asking why oh why do we Democrats always get it wrong???

You can't contact the White House through their website...
This is what I came across today when I was looking at the White House contact us page:
A page saying it's down for maintenance. I guess it really doesn't matter since the White House has a one way flow of information. From their mouths to the Main Stream Media's liberal ears. Not for long. Hopefully.

Obama for President loses Joel Spolsky
I used to follow Joel Spolsky, a famous software developer with his own company in New York. Joel has written a lot on hiring and developing software and likes spending a lot of his money on taxes because he's the rare breed of a business owner who is very liberal.
In 2008 Spolsky's blog was sportin a big ol Obama for president O. Joel got his wish and Obama was elected president. Apparently this didn't fit Joel's hiring strategy of Smart and gets things done because I looked at Joel's blog and guess what?
No Obama O.
You've lost Joel Spolsky Obama. Guess you didn't get things done. Thank God.

Sorkin and Daniels get it wrong, again
I was assaulted on my trip to Boston by HBO constantly advertising for an obnoxious new series called "The Newsroom." Jeff Daniels plays a "journalist" on a CNN like news show where he's not allowed any political commentary.
Righhhtttt. As if CNN "journalists" weren't already biased enough, now we have Socialists from HBO saying that they are not allowed to voice their true opinions on the air. As if their colors (bright socialist red) don't bleed through on every hit piece they bring on the air.
You remember Jeff Daniels right? He's the liberal idiot who made impassioned pleas for businesses to relocate to the People's Republic of Michigan. They were advertising for businesses to move up there down here in Arizona. Which is hilarious because we were seeing all kinds of license plates from California, Michigan, Illinois and various other Socialist States as their high taxes and unfriendly business climates were driving people and businesses down here like it was cool to leave. The only thing growing in Michigan is the amount of skid marks people are making with their tires as they departed under rapid acceleration.
One spot in "The Newsroom" that was particularly hard hitting was when a pretty little blond girl asks Daniel's character why HE thought America was the greatest country on Earth.
His reply: "Its not the greatest country in the world!..." "...we're seventh in Literacy..."
WRONG. The United States is listed as 10th in Literacy, the same as Japan according to this Wikipedia page: List of Countries by Literacy Rate
Which is also wrong. Georgia and Cuba are numbers one and two. Do you want to live in Georgia and Cuba? I don't. And why are all these 2nd and third world countries in the top ten?
Because the governments of Georgia and Cuba lie about their stats, MSM Idiots. Oh, excuse me, "Journalists."
"...2nd in science." Wrong.
According to SJR international we're first: Science Rankings by Country
"..Forty Ninth in life expectancy..."
According to this page in Wikipedia we're 38th: List of Countries by Life Expectancy
Which isn't so great. I looked at the average life expectancy of 78.2 years, which isn't bad. Most Western Countries on the list had an average life expectancy of around 80 years. Switzerland was at the top of the list at 82.1 years.
"...178th in infant mortality..."
Wrong. According to this Wikipedia page we're 34th with 7.07 deaths per 1000. List of Countries by Infant Mortality Most European countries are around 4.5 deaths per 1000. The CIA factbook has us at 5.98, which makes us 49th on their list. The CIA lists the EU at 4.49 which gives us a difference of about 1.5 per 1000 from the EU which is statistically insignificant.
"...3rd in median household income..."
Completely wrong here. We're number one there.
"...number four in labor force..."
Wrong. Actually we're number three if you count the EU. China and India are one and two. But this is a little bit of a stupid statistic...what does that mean? The number of warm bodies that can turn a crank in a factory, let's leave that one out.
But we shouldn't count the quality of a country by these moronic statistics, most of which Daniels and Sorkin got wrong anyway but by the achievements, past and present of the nation. I remember hearing a historian talking about George Washington and his peers, saying that he was not the greatest statesman of the group, he was not the smartest of the group, nor the greatest orator. Yet all of Washington's peers acknowledged that he was the best man among them.
Why was that?
Maybe the US is a bit like George Washington in that regard. It is the mix of qualities and opportunity that makes the United States the leader of the free world. And the country that gave us a free world. The gift of liberty was given to the entire planet by the United States. That, I think is a pretty good thing.
Look, even the lefty Atlantic hates it:

Obama's 'Kill List' eerily similar to LBJ's personal approval of air targets
The New York Times (Democrat Talking Points) opinion piece (I'm not going to call anything they print journalism) has a piece about Obama taking personal control over the targeting of enemies by drone and listing the merits of each kill before making the decision. The piece:
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/05/29/world/obamas-leadership-in-war-on-al-qaeda.html?_r=1&partner=MYWAY&ei=5065
tries to show what a thoughtful and considerate, yet firm wartime president Obama is. Yet this is the same type of poor wartime leadership that LBJ exhibited when he personally picked out air strike targets in Vietnam. I'll tell you why this is misleading:
1) It doesn't tell you which targets he is briefed on that later caused damage because he decided not to hit them when he was told they should be hit.
2) There is no way he can make an informed decision in a few minutes when military and intelligence analysts have spent months watching the potential targets to put them on the list.
3) Obama is not a military professional. He is a lawyer, who has spent his life making excuses for people (including himself) on why they should not be harmed, punished, or in this case, erased.
It was not an effective strategy in Vietnam, and it is not an effective strategy now.

Scalzi on Whatever and the Straight White Male Difficulty Settings
I just read a piece by the Science Fiction writer John Scalzi on the Straight White Male and how we glide through life on the lowest difficulty setting. You can find the piece here:
Straight White Male: The Lowest Difficulty Setting There Is
Scalzi's point is we have it easy, because we are straight white males, and every thing comes easy for us. Just like the easiest difficulty setting on a computer game. That's so TRUE Scalzi. Typical, left wing, career artist viewpoint.
The issue with these career artists is: they live in a fantasy word, and make up there own reality. And on the surface, that is the reality. Straight White Males have all the advantages. If you look at the statistics, without looking at any of the underlying causes: Straight White Males get all the advantages, and are handed everything on a silver platter. No matter that if you are a minority you can get all kinds of privileged business contracts from the government. No matter that if you are a minority, you get a free ride in many colleges and universities. No matter that in many states if you're an American Indian you don't pay any tuition in many schools. That is the world view of Scalzi. And many other media and artistic liberals.
Why is that their world view? That is the bigger question. Why do they insist on blaming White Males for the ills of society?
Well they can't blame minority performance on minorities. That would be racist.
They can't blame female performance on females. That would be sexist.
They can't blame homosexual performance on homosexuals. That would be homophobic.
But you can blame Straight White Guys for ALL of societies ills. There is no bad word you can attach to calling out Straight White Guys. And when it's your job to bitch about something all the time, you need to find someone to blame.
The Nazis had Jews.
The KKK has blacks.
And Scalzi and his tribe of media liberals has the Straight White Guy. But I don't think they can make this stick. I think that history is going to give them some trouble on this one.

The lost SNL skit: Obama on Killing Bin Laden Day

OBAMA ADDRESS COLD OPEN ~ FRED/HIGGINS V.O.
(OPEN ON: STILL FF: PRESIDENTIAL SEAL)
HIGGINS (V.O.)(1/4”)
The following is an address from
the President of the United States.
(DISS. TO: OVAL OFFICE SET.
FRED AS PRESIDENT OBAMA)
FRED
Good evening, my fellow Americans.
It was exactly one year ago
last Tuesday, May 1, 2011,
that US Navy Seal Team 6, acting
on my orders, put an end to the
career of Osama bin Laden. I
hope you had a safe and joyous
first anniversary of his killing,

and that you were able to spend
it with those you love. This is
a special time of year, when we
gather together with family and
friends, to commemorate the
shooting of this terrorist, and
the gutsy decision that made it
possible. Unfortunately, I wasn’t
able to be at home this year, as
I had to fly to Afghanistan, to
remind President Karzai that,
exactly one year ago, we killed
Osama bin Laden, and that the
decision to do so was a gutsy
one. And was mine. To Michelle,
Sasha, and Malia, I’m sorry I
couldn’t be with you this time.
You know there’s no place I’d
rather be on Killing Osama
bin Laden Day than with you.

FRED (CONTD)
But I’ll be home for the next
Killing Osama bin Laden Day.
If only, as the song goes, in
my dreams.
(PAUSE)
Now tonight, I want to talk to
you about the economy. But
first, a little more about the
killing of Osama bin Laden. Why
is it that Mitt Romney refuses
to join the rest of his fellow
Americans in commemorating the
first year anniversary? Does he
think that killing Osama bin
Laden wasn’t the right thing to
do, or that it wasn’t "gutsy"?
Why all this sympathy for a
terrorist? Could it be they
shared some special bond, since
Mitt and Osama were both members
of the One Percent? He's weird.

FRED (CONTD)
Now I’ll get to the economy in a
minute, but while I’m on the
subject, there seems to be some
confusion among the general public
about when exactly we celebrate
Killing Osama bin Laden Day.
Many of you apparently think
it’s the first Sunday in May,
whatever date that falls on.
Wrong. He may have been killed
on the first Sunday of May, but
Killing Osama bin Laden Day is
always celebrated May 1st, the
date of the actual killing,
whatever day of the week that
falls on. Are we clear? Also,
in response to numerous queries,
here are the appropriate

tenth anniversary: Tin.
Really. Tin. Many people
think it’s silver, but it’s not.
It’s tin. Remember that. You
don’t want to be embarrassed.
But you can also add your own
ideas. For example, I’ve already
promised Michelle and the girls,
for the Tenth Anniversary, I’m
taking them to Orlando. One more
thing: I want to remind us all
that, when sending a Killing of

many Muslims, phrases like Osama
bin Laden "went dirt-napping,” or
“assumed room temperature,” or
“sleeps with the fishes,” can be
offensive. Especially the last
one, since, as we all know, he
was buried at sea. And of
course, let’s all remember that
heavy drinking, and Killing Osama
bin Laden Day, are never a good

Killing Osama bin Laden Day
responsibly. After all, it’s the

One of my fallen Marine brothers was written up in the Sun Herald here:

There is a despicable comment at the bottom by someone calling themselves Gueche13, who should be called douche13:
"Good. The more of our young die there, the faster we will leave the "Graveyard of Civilizations"
that has taken down every empire that tried to enslave it. He was there as part of an foreign army,
who destroyed their nation, caused the rise of poppy production from 0% to 400%, and is engaged in
neo-colonialism to defraud the Afghans of over $1,000,000,000,000 (that's Trillion) in mineral wealth.
Sympathies for the family, but he is the one responsible for his own circumstances and the karma that goes with those choices."
You better hope there is no such thing as karma, Gueche13. If there was, there would be a few Marines out looking for you, you piece of crap. You have no business living in this country. If I had my say, you wouldn't be. Living that is.

Bob Strait, Nonagenarian, War Hero savagely attacked in home. MSM remains silent
To the surprise of absolutely no one, we have to read about the attack of 90 year old Bob Strait and his wife in Tulsa in an English newspaper because the Main Stream Media didn't print the story. As John Mayer says in Waiting on the World to Change "...when they own the information, they can bend it all they want." Of course, Mayer's liberal news buddies are the ones doing all the bending.

GSA Scandal Symptom of a larger problem
Naval Postgraduate School Alumni Ed Ross hypothesizes in this article that the GSA scandal (and the Secret Service Scandal) are symptoms of a larger problem in government and we shouldn't blame Obama for them. I have a differing viewpoint:
1) We should blame the Obama administration, he is ultimately the chief executive and ultimately responsible for everything the government does and fails to do
2) Obama (and the Democrats) entire paradigm of governing is dependent on the philosophy of elitism, the nanny-state, and other such Socialist nonsense. These failures and other government scandals such as Solyndra and the bailout failures repudiate this paradigm.
These failures seem to be coming about once every couple of weeks for the administration, so often now that the list of failures has grown to epic proportions.

Out of Common Sense
In Out of Africa Jennifer Swift Morgan, an aid worker with the amount less common sense that it would take to fill a thimble moves with her husband and baby to a dung heap in Western Africa name Mali. And expresses shock and surprise when the country descends into chaos because they've had "...twenty years of elected civilian rule." WOW! Twenty years. That's like forever in Africa time. For those of you in the cheap seats who vote Democrat, here's some valuable advice. Don't move with your baby to Africa, or the Middle East. If you decide that you can make a difference and need to do so, don't drag your kids into it. Do them a favor, put them up for adoption. They have a better chance of surviving with total strangers, then with an idiot like you.

Andrew Thomas and the arrogance of the Arizona Supreme Court
Recently we had a case in Arizona where the former County Attorney of Maricopa County was disbarred by the Arizona Supreme Court. Without going over every detail of the 247 page judgement, I would like to talk about what the Supreme Court said on pp 42:
"34. Mr. Thomas claims that the voting public’s “right to know” justifies his June 14, 2006 press release. Indeed, in his post-hearing memorandum, Mr. Thomas strenuously argues that his belief that the “voters” were “his ultimate client” to whom he owed his “ultimate loyalty” was both objectively and subjectively reasonable. He provides no authority, factual or legal, to support this proposition, which is not surprising. Mr. Thomas could not be more wrong."
The arrogance of the Supreme Court is astonishing. If the government's ultimate loyalty is not to the citizens of this country, then who the f&*k does it belong too? Maybe "voter" is not the exact word Thomas should have used, but we all know who he's talking about.
"He provides no authority, factual or legal, to support this proposition, which is not surprising. Mr. Thomas could not be more wrong."
He could not be more right, every document drawn up by the founding fathers drills this into this country's foundation, that the government ultimately belongs to, and serves at the pleasure of the People of the United States. What the hell do they need to "support this proposition?" If they don't understand this inconvenient truth they have no business judging anything.

What the hell do they need to "support this proposition?" If they don't understand this inconvenient truth they have no business judging anything.

The head of GSA goes stark, raving insane
Martha Johnson, the former vice president of the Council on Excellence in Government had to resign (or was she fired?) for her agency's gala in Las Vegas that cost the taxpayers a whopping $823,000.
The GSA, a government contracting agency that is in charge of developing cost minimizing policies had one hell of a party in Vegas. You go girl! The party even had a clown and a fortune teller. How did your fortune go, Martha? Martha is an Obama appointee, and reportedly, Obama is disgusted that Martha got caught. I'm disgusted that Obama had a four million dollar taxpayer funded vacation in Hawaii. So I don't know why Obama was disgusted, at least the GSA employees were pretending to work.

Drug Shortages: Thank You FDA, Thank You Obama
We currently have a long list of drugs that in short supply in this country, a relatively new phenomenon. The reason for the shortage? Companies are no longer manufacturing the drugs? Why would a pharmaceutical stop making a drug that is in short supply in a market economy? There is only one possible reason for this. Drugs are no longer in a market economy, they are in a Socialist economy and the companies are losing money on the drugs to government price controls and bureaucracy. Milton Friedman once said that it is much less risky for the FDA to disapprove a drug than to approve one. But he didn't see this one, where the FDA and the Obama administration has caused a drug shortage.
What is Causing Drug Shortages?

Another day, another crappy web application from the bureaucratic morons that brought you $1000 hammers
Today it's the Wide Area Workflow Business Intelligence application. This gold plated turd is a SharePoint application that's supposed to allow you to build your own reports and queries with your invoices in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) web application. There are just a couple of problems:
1) You are not given the permissions to run anything but canned reports and
2) There are no canned reports
I'm not kidding. The Department of Defense just spent millions of dollars on a Seinfeld application about nothing. You have no permissions to build a report, and there are no canned report.
More about WAWF

Frozen Planet and Warmist Propaganda
I watched the beautifully done Frozen Planet yesterday, which was very educational except when Alec Baldwin announced that due to global warming, the Antarctic ice was shrinking and that would kill off all these beautiful creatures we were watching.
Huh?
Last time I looked, the Antarctic ice was growing. Just to make sure, I checked again. Here's some warmists that blame the growing ice in Antarctica on global warming of all things:
Why Antarctic Sea Ice Is Growing in a Warmer World
That article was written two years ago, and said that the warming would soon reverse the trend. Still waiting. I'm surprised that the warmists haven't pulled it from the internet yet. Apparently the Beeb (BBC) pulled the global warming episode of Frozen Planet because Americans don't believe in Global Warming:
Climate change episode of Frozen Planet won't be shown in the U.S. as viewers don't believe in global warming
Don't let that stop you beeb. Most of us don't believe in Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny here either but that doesn't mean you can't show a good Christmas Special in the U.S. And we have plenty of self-hating kooks that do believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and Global Warming, known here as ManBearPig.

Bureau of Labor Statistics inflating employment rate
How can the economy be so bad, gas prices sky-high, and inflation still be at four percent and unemployment be down?
Easy. It can't. Charles Biderman of Forbes and many others are starting to comment on the statistics shell game that the government is now playing with full media collusion to inflate their reporting numbers in order to influence the current election and economic policy. Something's gotta give. The questions are; when and how much?

Liberals are, well illiberal about opposing viewpoints
Investors.com reports on a Pew research center study that says liberals are three times more likely to block opposing viewpoints than conservatives. Maybe that's why they are trying to change their name to "progressives." Since socialism is a step backward, maybe they should change their name to "retards."

Paul Krugman, the worst economist in the world
John Hinderaker has taken a moment and posted a history of misdeeds by the "Economist" Paul Krugman, who won a Nobel Prize. Like that means anything anymore. The list is long and Krugman's facts are short. I dunno why I'm interested in this guy, maybe he's the "Economist" we love to hate. The fact that the MSM gives so much creedence to Krugman, and I have to root around like a spelunker to find any mention of a truly gifted economist like Milton Friedman is a testament to the MSM's stupidity. Here's the list:

What has America Become
A letter to the editor of the Iosco County News Herald:
Editor,
Has America become the land of special interest and home of the double standard?
Lets see: if we lie to the Congress, it’s a felony and if the Congress lies to us its just politics; if we dislike a black person, we’re racist and if a black person dislikes whites, its their 1st Amendment right; the government spends millions to rehabilitate criminals and they do almost nothing for the victims; in public schools you can teach that homosexuality is OK, but you better not use the word God in the process; you can kill an unborn child, but it is wrong to execute a mass murderer; we don’t burn books in America, we now rewrite them; we got rid of communist and socialist threats by renaming them progressive; we are unable to close our border with Mexico, but have no problem protecting the 38th parallel in Korea; if you protest against President Obama’s policies you’re a terrorist, but if you burned an American flag or George Bush in effigy it was your 1st Amendment right.
You can have pornography on TV or the internet, but you better not put a nativity scene in a public park during Christmas; we have eliminated all criminals in America, they are now called sick people; we can use a human fetus for medical research, but it is wrong to use an animal.
We take money from those who work hard for it and give it to those who don’t want to work; we all support the Constitution, but only when it supports our political ideology; we still have freedom of speech, but only if we are being politically correct; parenting has been replaced with Ritalin and video games; the land of opportunity is now the land of hand outs; the similarity between Hurricane Katrina and the gulf oil spill is that neither president did anything to help.
And how do we handle a major crisis today? The government appoints a committee to determine who’s at fault, then threatens them, passes a law, raises our taxes; tells us the problem is solved so they can get back to their reelection campaign.
What has happened to the land of the free and home of the brave?

Fair Share Socialism
Lately we've been hearing a lot about people paying their "fair share" from Obama. This is the latest buzzword for socialism, socialism is a bad word nowadays. Mostly because it never worked. So now we have "fair share." People need to pay their "fair share" according to Obama. The problem is, is that someone's fair share is decided by the government. After they take their cut of course. And the penalty for not paying your "fair share" is going to prison.
You can't really take the moral high ground here for making someone pay their "fair share" because you are making that person pay, under threat of force and jail. So, what you are really doing is robbing that person. If that person is using more than their "fair share" of government services, then by all means, they should pay their "fair share." Maybe they have six kids, all going to a public school. Maybe they have a fleet of trucks that chew up the road a lot. In the case of the trucks, they are going to pay a larger licensing fee and weight fees, as they should. But when they have six kids, and are in a lower income level, are they going to pay more? Not even close. More likely, the person with no kids, in the house with the higher property value is going to pay for those six kids. So you're penalizing the person who doesn't have kids, and rewarding the person who had six and couldn't afford them. This is called the "fair share."

Milton Friedman on Equality
A great quote from Friedman's Free to Choose on equality:
"It is striking testimony to the changing meaning of words that in recent decades the Democratic party of the United States has been the chief instrument for strengthening that government power which Jefferson and many of his contemporaries viewed as the greatest threat to democracy. And it has striven to increase government power in the name of a concept of "equality" that is almost the opposite of the concept of equality Jefferson identified with liberty and Tocqueville with democracy."

Arizona Law Enforcement to learn about the Holocaust
I just read about a program where Arizona Law enforcement agencies are going to learn about the Holocaust.
You know, that's great. But that's not a great use of taxpayer money for training our law enforcement agencies. Stop me if you think I'm wrong, but perhaps they can, I dunno, maybe learn how to subdue a man armed with two pool cues without killing him? Maybe when we can do that without discharging our firearm, then we can bundle our happy asses off to the Holocaust class. Who set that shit up? EJ Montini?

FAIL: Benjamin Percy Tries to write about Marines and tough guys
I was just forced to read a story written by the usual suspect, a liberal college professor with an axe to grind against Bush, the military, and the high school football players that probably beat him up on a daily basis. Benjamin Percy writes Refresh, Refresh a story about a rural town that is home to a Marine Reserve Battalion. Just a few problems Benjamin. (I'm pretty sure he goes by Benjamin...another reason he got beat up daily in High School):
A small town cannot support a Marine Reserve Infantry Battalion of 1000 Marines genius. Company yes, Battalion, no.
They are called recruiters not recruiting officers. A recruiter who recruits officers is called an Officer Selection Officer. Perhaps if you bothered to do thirty seconds of research you would have figured that out.
My recruiter was a tanker named Sgt Hyde and had arms like tree trunks. I would really like him to read Percy's description of Dave the recruiter and have a Marine Recruiter to liberal douche-bag style talk with Percy the college writing instructor. I'm pretty sure that would be a short talk. Of course Percy got an award from all the other gerbil-racers for his fantastic writing. Maybe the Marine recruiters can nominate Percy for another kind of award. The kind that needs to be surgically removed.
Here's a video of Percy talking tough about sleeping on the ground as a kid. Or maybe he was passed out on the ground after being knocked unconscious during PE. You decide. Talk with a deep voice, and you too can hide your ingrown vagina.
